How long does it take for us to reply to your e-mail?

What kind of general printing method do we use?
Eco-friendly and water-based inks on our Single-Pass Corrugated Digital Printer prevent color fading and preserve the natural environment.

How do I place a bulk order?
Placing a bulk order is easy: send us your box specs (type, size, material, printing, quantity, destination) via email or our contact form, and we’ll guide you.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Custom pre-production samples are available for a small fee (credited towards your bulk order). Contact our sales team to arrange.
Do you offer rush production?
Need it fast? We offer expedited production based on schedule and order specs. Additional costs may apply—let us know your deadline early for best results!

Air freight: Faster but costlier (generally 5–10 days, excluding customs clearance) for urgent shipments.

Costs depend on destination, shipment volume/weight, chosen shipping method, and current freight rates. We’ll provide a tailored estimate or quote.
What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We work under FOB, CIF, and more—defining who handles freight, insurance, customs clearance, and duties.
How will my boxes be packed for shipping?
We ship flat-packed cartons on pallets, securely strapped and wrapped to meet all international shipping standards for safe transit.
